How do I cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your booking using the "My Reservation" link. You will need your e-mail address and the reservation number given to you at the time of booking. Once you have successfully canceled your reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Please note that each hotel's own cancellation policy must be respected. So please read the hotel’s cancellation policy carefully to avoid unnecessary costs for late cancellations.

Unfortunately we cannot process any cancellation requests by e-mail, even if they are sent to us before the cancellation deadline.

How can I change my reservation?

If you want to change a reservation, we advise you to make a new reservation and then cancel your existing reservation. Proceed as follows:

1) Check the details of your existing reservation to help avoid late cancellation fees.

2) Make a new reservation using different dates, room type or hotel.

3) After receiving the confirmation of your new reservation, please cancel your previous reservation using the "My Reservation" link.

What can I do if my desired hotel is not available?

Unfortunately, this can always happen when hotels fill up quickly due to high demand. If the hotel you have selected is not available, we will show you alternatives in the same city or country that do have availability.

Why must I give my credit card to reserve a booking?

Your credit card information is sent to the hotel. Your credit card is not charged at the time of booking. It is used by the hotel to guarantee your reservation. In case of a “no show” or a cancellation that is outside the hotel’s cancellation policy, the hotel may debit your credit card.

Since Totonu Hotels does not charge a booking fee, we will never charge your credit card.

What does Totonu do with my personal information?

Totonu Hotels uses your personal information only to manage and process bookings. Information will be shared with hotels so that your reservation can be confirmed. It will be shared with governmental authorities only when strictly required by governmental actions. We will never transfer your data to third parties for promotional purposes.
