• Booking
Totonu Hotels is a hotel portal offering online reservations. We collect information from you that is necessary for the reservation process. In particular, this includes your name, phone number, e-mail address, date of your arrival and departure, your selected hotel and the type of room booked.

• My Reservations
Under "My Reservations" you can log in using your e-mail address and your Reservation Number. You have the opportunity to see your reservation details if needed. This data is stored by us.

• Newsletter
We offer you the opportunity to stay up-to-date by email about special offers and unique hotels. For this we require your e-mail address and the country in which you live. This information is used to personalize the e-mail newsletter and to send it to you. You may cancel your newsletter subscription at any time.

Who receives my data?
When you make a reservation at Totonu Hotels, your booking information is forwarded to our booking partner, Venere.com, who in turn forwards the data to your selected hotel. This is necessary to enable the reservation to be made. Under no circumstances will your Totonu Hotels contact data be sold or loaned. Due to legal regulations and judicial or administrative orders, we are required in exceptional circumstances to disclose your data to the relevant authorities or courts. This happens only to fulfill our statutory obligations.

We analyze usage patterns on our web site (how often Totonu Hotels is visited, which hotels are viewed, etc.). We use this statistical information to improve our site and our commercial offers. Any use or disclosure of user data is in anonymous form.
